If you would like to network with new and experienced real estate investors, come to our next monthly meeting, where we invite a variety of speakers to address important subjects like:

All meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every month at the Margaret Schweinhaut Senior Center in Silver Spring, Md 20901. Doors open for all meetings at 7:00 PM with the meeting beginning at 7:30 PM. Meetings usually last until 9:00 PM with refreshments and networking to follow until the Center closes at 10:00 PM.
Our monthly meetings are usually attended by 15 to 30 people. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting!

Greetings Fellow Investors!
Blessings during these difficult times and hoping that you are all well and that your employment has adjusted to "virus mania" here. As you know, the senior center where we hold our monthly meetings has been closed and we have cancelled our monthly meetings due to the pandemic. We hope you will use this time to further your real estate education and investments by utilizing the following tips:

Do some research online. Learn a new way to make money using real estate!

Take time to check out some of David Lindell's classes and information on YouTube.

Remember you can cruise through possible investment properties using Realtor.com, Zillow.com and other sites.

Keep in mind that several of our members are real estate agents and may be able to arrange showing appointments for you. So far, showings are not restricted.

Use companies that provide video walk-thru's, video open houses, etc. to market your investment properties that are for sale. See Deal Makers: Companies

All meetings will be at the Margaret Schweinhaut Senior Center, 1000 Forest Glen Rd, Silver Spring, MD, just past Holy Cross Hospital and off the Georgia Avenue exit of 495. Look on your right for the low yellow brick building with the big parking lot about 1/4 mile past Holy Cross. Doors open at 7:00 PM. Refreshments and networking before and after the meeting. Bring a newbie or partner/friend and any deals you may have. We have wholesalers in our group - find a deal and get started with your investments. Meetings usually last until 9:00 PM with networking to follow until the Center closes at 10:00 PM.
Admission in January is $60 for all twelve 2020 meetings including the December Holiday Party but if you are trying us out, pay $10 and see if this group is for you. We accept cash or check. NO CREDIT CARDS. Please make checks payable to REIMW.

Events
Our December meeting is customarily replaced with a holiday dinner at a local restaurant and is usually held on a date during the first two weeks of December. The date, time and location is usually determined in the month of November. The holiday dinner is included in the membership fee and members are allowed to bring one guest. Non-members are welcome at the event but must pay for their own meal.
