Welcome to REIMW
We will continue to meet on the last Wednesday of every month. The next meeting will be on January 25th, 2012. If you are a new real estate investor, an experienced real estate investor or a home improvement professional, then join the Real Estate Investors of Metropolitan Washington (REIMW), one of Montgomery County's most successful networking group, in this lucrative and dynamic market. All meetings will be held at the Margaret Schweinhaut Senior Center, 1000 Forest Glen Rd. Silver Spring, Md 20901. Doors open for all meetings at 7:00 PM with the meeting beginning at 7:30 PM. Meetings usually last until 9:00 PM with refreshments and networking to follow until the Center closes at 10:00 PM. You may attend as a guest by paying the $10 guest fee. We accept cash or check. NO CREDIT CARDS. Please make checks payable to REIMW. Memberships are $60.00 per person and $70.00 per couple. Beginning every July memberships are pro-rated to $30.00 per person and $40.00 per couple which expire on December 31st. ALL memberships begin in the month you join and end on December 31st of the same year. If you have any questions about memberships or fees simply come to a meeting and speak with someone at the registration table. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting.
