Latest News Our next meeting will be Wednesday, Jun 24th, at 7:30 p.m. We will provide a legislative update for Landlords. We will discuss the Montgomery County rental facility report, voluntary rent guidelines, HOC summary, tenant screening and tips for Landlords.Please feel free to share this information with others who might be interested. If you are interested in becoming a member, you can join by following the instructions below. You can also attend as a guest by paying the $10 guest fee at the door.

Annual Membership: How to become an REIMW member You can join REIMW by filling the attached REIMW Membership Application form and bringing it to the meeting along with payment. Please print it, fill it out and bring it with you to the meeting. We need you to provide us an address, phone number and email address. We also need you to sign and date it.
The annual membership rate will be prorated this year. We accept cash or check. Please make checks payable to REIMW. Membership is good through December 31st. You can also attend as a guest by paying the $10 guest fee.
Please submit the Application form along with payment upon check-in at the door.
If you have any questions about membership or fees, simply come to the meeting and speak with someone at the registration table. |
